Refund policy

We comply with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Wolfman Purveyors are happy for a return on any stock that does not come as ordered if it is claimed within 7 working days.

For all incorrect products, please ensure you provide the name of the business, your name, the date the order was delivered and the transaction number. Allow for 10 working days for all refunds & exchanges to be processed.

Orders placed incorrectly and require returns will be charged additional freight and handling costs.

Wolfman Purveyors aim to ensure that every product you purchase is delivered to you in the best possible condition. For this reason, we do not accept returns on items due to a change of mind, as once products have left the warehouse, we do not have the ability to control their handling or storage.

We accept that on rare occasions a product may be "faulty" and we are happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price subject to qualified assessment prior to a refund being approved.
