TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order with www.wolfman.com.au you agree that you will be subject to and bound by and will comply with these terms and conditions.

PURCHASING ONLINE

When purchasing online, you confirm that all details provided when purchasing the liquor are true and correct. You must verify that you are over the age of 18 years old. Proof of age including DOB may be sought prior to the order being processed.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. When purchasing from www.wolfman.com.au you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years old and that anyone you may be supplying / providing alcohol to is over the age of 18. We will refuse service delivery to any customer deemed intoxicated, Liquor will not be left at any unoccupied residence or premise as signature upon receipt is required.

LIQUOR LICENCE

The NSW Liquor Act 2007 prohibits the sale of liquor to persons under the age of 18 years. When placing an order, you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 years of age.

It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over and that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and the offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.

Your contract of sale is Wolfman Wholesalers Pty Ltd (ABN: 75 445 398 302), pursuant to NSW Packaged Liquor Licence number LIQP770016752.

The sale of liquor pursuant to the offer to purchase from this website is made on evidence of you being over 18 years of age and the availability of stock.

DELIVERY

Wolfman reserves the right to refuse delivery if the recipient appears to be intoxicated or under the age of 25 and does not produce acceptable proof of age documentation.

Proof of age document means a current:

  1. NSW digital driver license.
  2. NSW Photo Card (Roads and Maritime Services NSW)
  3. Australian passport or a foreign passport
  4. Proof of age card issued by the Commonwealth or of another State for the purpose of qualifying a person’s identity and age.
