In 1780, John Jameson established his distillery in Bow Street, Dublin. Determined that his whisky would be the finest in the world, he laid down rules for quality that have been maintained to this day.
The superlative Jameson 18 Year Old has long been considered one of the brightest stars of the range. This blend of two pot still whiskies and a single grain is matured in Oloroso sherry casks and finished in bourbon wood for 6 months for a brilliantly complex pot still character.
